Kabana Interdisciplinary Studio had the privilege of designing the MEPL office, creating a modern, functional, and inspiring workspace tailored to the organization’s needs. Our design approach focused on thoughtful space planning, contemporary aesthetics, ergonomic furniture, balanced lighting, and carefully selected materials and finishes. Every element was developed to reflect MEPL’s professional identity while enhancing comfort, collaboration, and productivity. From concept development to the final execution, our team maintained a strong focus on detail, quality, and practicality. The completed office represents a harmonious blend of design, functionality, and brand identity, delivering a refined workplace environment that supports both people and performance.

Reception Desk
The reception area features a sleek, contemporary design with a dark textured finish, clean geometric lines, and warm LED underlighting. Elegant pendant lights create a sophisticated focal point, while the illuminated brand signage adds identity and visual appeal. The neutral flooring balances the bold, modern aesthetic beautifully.
Meeting Room Exterior
The office interior blends industrial character with modern functionality, featuring exposed brick, warm wood paneling, and a striking slatted ceiling. Glass partitions enhance openness and collaboration, while integrated linear lighting provides a clean, contemporary feel. Orange-accented workstation seating adds warmth and vibrancy, creating a productive and inviting workplace.
Food Lab
The Food Lab (café) interior embraces a warm industrial aesthetic, combining exposed brick walls, natural wood cabinetry, and a dark ceiling structure. Geometric pendant lights add a distinctive visual element, while warm illumination creates an inviting atmosphere. The clean-lined counter and earthy materials balance functionality with contemporary character and style.

The workspace features a modern industrial design with exposed wooden ceiling beams, black linear lighting, and sleek pendant fixtures. Light wood workstations paired with vibrant orange seating create warmth and energy, while the open layout promotes collaboration.
